How to Access Frequently Used Items in Windows 7 with Jump Lists?

Jump list helps user to access to the recently as well as frequently used items on the computer. Jump Lists can be seen on the Taskbar and the Start menu when you right-click on an icon.Pinned application to the taskbar or to the start menu can also be found in this list.

Here you will see a list of frequent used application of that program under the headline Frequent

Or

Press Win+Alt+ serial number(1,2,3…) of the application on taskbar.
