New domain registration method has postponed

Recently ICANN (International Corporation for 

Assigned Name and Number) has stopped to 

register domain name in new method that was 

started at beginning of this year. This 

decision was taken by the authority when some 

fault has found in this new method of domain 

registration. Some fault has identified in TLD

application system that use to control new 

domain registration method. Chief executive 

director of ICANN, Akram Attalla by a formal 

declaration has informed that fault in TLD may

caused the misused of the information of

applicant for domain.Many organization of

       

various countries has expressed their concern

about this issue. This system has past only 

several month. This system let applicant to 

use the institution, city or location name as 

the domain name beside .com and .org.
