Change the default location of program installation

By default software setup will attempt to install program in C:\Program Files directory.But you may change this default location.Performe the given steps to configure windows registry:

1.Click on Start button then type Regedit in Run option.

2. Locate the location to:

Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion

3.In right side panel, double click on ProgramFileDir and here its default value is

C:\Program Files.

4.Modify the value to any other drive where you want to locate new installed file (for example D:\Program Files).

5. Press OK

6. Close the registry editor and restart your computer
